Solution

Remove first flush-bolt lock from bottom of door and inspect.
Lock was broken and not repairable.
Supply, adjust length and install new Nova flush bolt lock to bottom of door.
Remove, inspect second flush-bolt lock from top of same door.
Adjust length, lubricate and refit lock.
Close door and test both locks for proper function.
